Weight LOSS of : 1.4 lbs
I'm pleased with the loss and hope to break out of the 260's by next week! I wish I had exercised more than twice but I'm happy that I did what I did. I really liked the energy boost it gave me but I'm not a night time exerciser. I'm going to have to work on that. For now, I'll make a committment to fitting in some bursts of activity throughout the day dancing around the living room with the kids. They aren't going to stick with it for 30-45 minutes at a time but 5 minutes here and there will be good for all of us.

I've started way ahead of you and I'm hoping to be out of the 200s by New Years! We can do this!
Awesome!!!! I have the HARDEST time finding the time to exercise. There's a gajillion things I want/need to do during nap times...and I guess I really should make exercise a priority at that time.
